Americas Society presents the second a part of El Dorado: Myths of Gold, a two-part group exhibition exploring the legend of El Dorado as a foundational delusion of the Americas. The exhibition presents artworks by greater than sixty artists, from the pre-Hispanic interval to the modern period, that problem, reinforce, and query the continuity and results of the parable within the Americas into the current.
El Dorado is a story of searches and quests, delirium, and violence.
